Our Management Team

Jamaine Harvin
Founder

Mr. Harvin set out to provide transportation and other services to an entire community of under served and often over looked tri-county residents.  He is committed to professionalism, respect, safety, and integrity regarding the treatment and services provided to all Americans with Disability.

Nikkia Y. Harvin
Operation Officer

Nikkia is a graduate of Florida State University. Prior to joining House of Dreams, she served as a Case Worker for the Department of Children and Families (DCF).  Today, she is in charge of the day-to-day operations of all Transportation. This includes maintenance, scheduling, dispatch and recruiting.

Fairlena L. Betterson
Consultant

Fairlena graduated from the University of South Florida and has been active in social work and teaching since 2012.  She has worked with students that have
physical or mental disabilities throughout Orange County School System.
